We have just started renting a house through Best Residential, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Kelly and Stuart for the fantastic service and support they provided throughout the whole process. We viewed the house on a Saturday, and by the following Saturday, we were already moving in! Everything was handled so quickly and professionally, which made what can normally be a stressful process feel very easy. Kelly and Stuart were incredibly supportive from the very beginning. The application form could be completed from the comfort of our own home, and we were able to follow the progress of our application through their website. Whenever we called, they were always professional, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. Once documents had been checked and everything was completed, they kept us informed by both phone and email and explained each stage of the process clearly. When we collected the keys, Stuart took the time to explain everything to us, including which key belonged to each door. He also went through all the documents with us and made sure we understood everything. He explained that we could contact them at any time if anything needed to be fixed or looked into, which gave us great peace of mind. We also really appreciated that they only requested the necessary documents, without making the process more complicated than it needed to be. Another thing that made our move so much easier was the support from Kelly with the gas, electricity and council arrangements. She contacted the relevant companies, informed them about the new tenancy and helped arrange everything in our names. This saved us a lot of time and made the whole moving process much easier. Kelly and Stuart are genuinely lovely people, as well as being extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We are very happy with the service we received from Best Residential and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you again, Kelly and Stuart, for making our move so smooth and stress-free!

Cannot say enough about Best. Though very qualified, my situation was tricky as I am repatriating to the UK. Stuart and Kelly navigated the situation elegantly and kindly and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. They are diligent and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough and intend to use their services again. You are in safe hands and can feel absolute confidence.
